Blackstars brings a background in art, photography, animation and music to a new way of making films. We create original visual worlds for brands, artists and stories of our own.
Based in Naples, we are drawn to the city's contrasts: classical beauty and everyday rawness, cinematic history and life in the street. That sensibility runs through our work — grounded, physical, textured, even when the world on screen has never existed.

The work begins
before the first image.
With a story to tell, an emotion to evoke, a world to build. We develop the idea and its visual language together, then direct every part of the production towards it: casting and character, light, movement, editing and sound.
Generative technology opens up scenes that would once have been out of reach. Our role is to give those possibilities a coherent form — to choose the images that belong, refine them and build a film that feels whole.
For a commission, that begins with understanding what is particular to you. Your identity, your music, your audience. The film grows from there.
